Thomas Schumchyk is the current Vice President of Operations at Eastern Utilities Services LLC. Tom founded Eastern Utilities in 2001 as a Long Island, NY based telecom installation company with a focus on directional drilling. Under Tom’s leadership the size and capabilities of the company expanded into the large-scale installation of water, gas, sewer, and fiber optic conduits all over the metro tri-state region of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Throughout Eastern’s growth Tom remained on the cutting edge of much of the emerging trenchless technology. This forward-looking vision and risk assumption allowed Eastern to surpass its competitors and quickly evolve.
